1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are uniquely printed on demand when ordered. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong sizing, or change of mind.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You may be asked to provide a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to arrange either a replacement or a refund.
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order doesn’t arrive, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll coordinate with the fulfillment provider (Printful) to either resend or issue a refund.
4. Shipping Errors & Returns to Sender
If your package is returned due to an invalid address or another shipping issue, let us know. Printful can reship the order at your request—please note you may be responsible for covering new shipping costs.
5. How to Submit a Claim
Contact us via form on the home page or the “Support” link in your order confirmation or Quick Store footer.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
We'll handle the rest—Printful will evaluate the case and arrange the next steps.
